In this concert featuring his trio, Jewison bridges the divide between improvised jazz and classical interpretations of Gershwin’s music.
The singer and pianist casts his gaze over songs from the golden ages of Broadway and Hollywood, with such standards as A Foggy Day (in London Town) and Love Is Here to Stay featuring alongside concert works including the Three Preludes and Rhapsody in Blue.
With sold-out EFG London Jazz Festival shows in 2022 and 2023, Jewison has performed at iconic London venues, including the West End’s Crazy Coqs, Camden’s famous Jazz Café, Westminster Abbey, and the Royal Opera House.
