1. Agreement
By purchasing a ticket to any event at Bechstein Hall, you agree to these terms and conditions.
2. Non-Refundable Policy
All ticket sales are final and non-refundable.
3. Ticket Transfers
Tickets can be transferred to another person. Unauthorised resale or transfer may lead to ticket cancellation without a refund.
4. Event Entry
A valid ticket is required for entry. Bechstein Hall reserves the right to refuse entry or remove anyone who does not comply with event rules.
5. Event Changes
Bechstein Hall may alter event details, such as the artist or program, due to unforeseen circumstances. No refunds will be issued for such changes.
6. Liability
Bechstein Hall is not liable for any loss, injury, or damage sustained during the event. Attendance is at your own risk.
