Anaïs Reno is a New York City-based jazz singer and composer who studied jazz performance at SUNY Purchase. She has received several accolades including the Ben Tucker jazz award in the American Traditions Competition, the Mabel Mercer competition and the Julie Wilson award. Anaïs has performed in venues such as Birdland, Carnegie Hall, Dizzy’s Club, Madison Square Garden, the Caramoor Jazz Festival, Ronnie Scott’s as part of the London Jazz Festival, the Edinburgh Jazz Festival, and others. Among her many appearances at Birdland was a week-long engagement filling in for Tierney Sutton in 2022. Anaïs’ debut album, “Lovesome Thing”, celebrating Ellington and Strayhorn, rose to number 6 on the jazz chart in 2021; that same year, she took part in a video with NYCNext singing Billy Joel’s “New York State of Mind” alongside stars including Idina Menzel and Stephen Colbert, and sang “America the Beautiful” for the Mets/Yankees 9/11 game on national television. Anaïs released a live record at London’s PizzaExpress Jazz Club in February of 2024 and recently released her second studio album titled “Lady of the Lavender Mist” under Club44 with Peter Bernstein, David Wong and Joe Farnsworth.

She returns to London for an EFG London Jazz Festival show for the first time since her two sold out shows at Ronnie Scott’s. A rare chance to hear this future star an intimate duo setting with regular pianist, Jamie Safir.
