Tamara Sulk is a London-based singer, artist, and performer with a strong classical foundation and an emerging voice in jazz and R&B. This evening marks her second appearance at Bechstein Hall, a year after her debut.
Having trained in classical singing from a young age, she has performed in numerous operatic productions, developing a strong vocal foundation and an appreciation for musical storytelling. Her performance credits include Der Rosenkavalierat the Royal Opera House and The Cunning Little Vixen at the Royal College of Music. As a member of the National Youth Choir and a principal performer with Southgate Opera, she has also appeared in Gianni Schicchi and The Boy Who Grew Too Fast. She holds Diplomas in Classical Singing, alongside Distinctions in Musical Theatre and Grade 8 Piano.
Endlessly inspired by artists ranging from Nina Simone to Stevie Wonder, she draws on her classical training while embracing the freedom of improvisation and soulful expression.
Alongside music, Tamara is in her final year studying Fine Art at Central Saint Martins, further developing her creative perspective across artistic disciplines. Her work has also been recognized on screen, with a notable role in The Crown (Season 5) as Maria Romanov, and an appearance in the Amazon series A Very Royal Scandal.
